1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zlatcoin platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Platform operator:

2. Description of Service

Zlatcoin is a digital platform that provides users with tools for managing ZLC credits (an internal, non-monetary digital unit), monitoring cryptocurrency market data, accessing AI-powered trading analysis, and tracking gold-related holdings. The Platform does not constitute a licensed financial institution, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or money services business.

ZLC Credits are internal platform credits with no monetary value outside the Platform. They cannot be exchanged for fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other asset of monetary value. ZLC Credits are used solely to access Platform features.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable laws.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, we may require you to submit identity verification documents before accessing certain features of the Platform. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued identification document and a selfie photograph. We process this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
• Transmitting any unsolicited commercial communications or spam
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without our express written permission

6. Third-Party API Integration

The Platform allows you to connect third-party exchange API keys (e.g., Crypto.com) to enable portfolio viewing and trading functionality. By connecting such keys, you acknowledge that: (a) you are solely responsible for the security of your API credentials; (b) we store your API keys in encrypted form and never transmit them to unauthorized parties; (c) any trades executed through connected APIs are your sole responsibility; and (d) we are not liable for any losses arising from the use of third-party exchange services.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
